Underwater PC silver slatted cover for a 4.5 × 10 m swimming pool

For this swimming pool project in Germany, Swim Safe supplied an underwater slatted cover made of PC silver. This choice ensures a modern look and excellent insulating properties. As with every project, this cover was also fully custom-made, tailored to the size of the pool and the technical requirements.

Underwater slatted cover with 180 Nm motor

The system is powered by a 180 Nm underwater motor, which guarantees quiet, powerful and reliable operation. Because the drive is fully integrated underwater, the pool remains visually sleek and free of visible technology. This makes the solution particularly suitable for both high-quality new construction projects and renovations.

The selected PC silver slats combine a contemporary look with functional advantages. They help retain heat, limit evaporation and reduce the use of water and chemicals. This cover therefore makes a clear contribution to energy savings and sustainable swimming pool use.

Fully customised, produced in-house

With a pool size of 4.5 × 10 metres, the cover fits perfectly on the water surface. All slats are produced in-house by Swim Safe, carefully assembled and robotically glued. This method guarantees high sealing quality and a long service life.

The system was supplied to a German swimming pool builder, who was responsible for the entire swimming pool project.
